Leka Solicitors is a newly-established boutique law firm based in London. We are committed to a progressive approach, excellent client care and an inclusive environment for our team. As a fast-growing practice, we are now looking to establish an Employment Law Department, and are seeking an Employment Solicitor for this exciting new area of the firm.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop the firm’s Employment Law Department

• Advise both employer and employee clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters

• Manage your own caseload

• Build strong client relationships and raising the profile of the department

• Contribute strategically to the firm’s growth and management

What we are looking for 

• 5+ years PQE in Employment Law 

• Demonstrable expertise in handling a varied caseload within Employment Law

• A practical approach to client service

• The ability to work independently and proactively
